I’m Toby, a photographer based in West Sussex. I mainly work in black and white, with a focus on travel.

I’ve always been drawn to photographing people and places, whether that’s while travelling, walking around somewhere new, or simply noticing something interesting in everyday life. Travel has become a big part of my photography, giving me the chance to explore different places, cultures and ways of life.

Black and white is at the heart of my work. I like the simplicity of it, and the way it brings out light, shape, texture and character.

My work is ultimately about curiosity. I photograph because I genuinely enjoy it.
